Currently have a son who was diagnosed with PDD-NOS at the age of two years old. Worked with Birth to 3 and a neuropsychologist. Hired an advocate at age 5 years old when he entered kindergarten. He had communication, behavior, and sensory issues. He is now 14 years old and suffers primary with Dyslexia and communication and social anxiety. He is an honor student and through a lot of training with the Wilson Program and a terrific IEP is well behaved and teachers would not even notice issues. I have done several seminars with ARSC and SPED*NET. I have worked with many families to help them understand their rights, explain the IEP and 504 processes, proper testing, interpret testing results, recommend goals and objectives, accommodations, and discuss disciplines and behavioral training at school and home environments, create agendas for meetings, and organization of all material.
